Most Eagle River and Anchorage retail facilities are within a 25-40 minutes. Additional close-in neighborhood conveniences are now also under consideration by the developers at The Village which is located at the core of The Ranch Master Plan.
New Elementary and Middle Schools are now under consideration by the Mat-Su Borough School district within very close proximity of The Ranch neighborhood. For existing schools visit the Mat-Su school district.
Equestrian and golfing facilities are on both the Palmer and Wasilla side of this neighborhood within an 8 to 12 minute drive.
